The Qualification Pathways
Each pathway is designed with a robust framework for developing instructors and assessors, combining DVSA standards, expert learning resources, and practical assessment.

LGV Driving Instructor (LGV DI)
Train candidates to become registered LGV Driving Instructors, Driver Trainers or Assessors. This route is aligned with DVSA driving standards and provides the essential skills and knowledge to instruct and assess safely and effectively.

Driver Trainer / Assessor (DTA)
Qualify individuals to deliver both training and assessments for new or experienced drivers, ensuring high standards across the industry.

Driver Assessor (DA)
Specialise in assessing the skills and performance of new or experienced drivers, providing valuable feedback to improve safety and competence.

RLI Examiner
Enable individuals to carry out RLI examinations as independent examiners. Please note: this role allows examination only, not training.
